OSS works with government, industry and trusted partners to develop and deliver critical maritime and defence capability for Australia. We combine deep engineering experience with practical manufacturing and through-life support to strengthen Australia's sovereign industrial base and contribute to SSN-AUKUS, the Royal Australian Navy and wider defence programmes.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
When original manufacturers exit defence or drawings no longer exist, OSS recovers the design. We capture components with 3D scanning and precision measurement, rebuild full engineering data, and qualify replacement parts for manufacture and through-life support.

Applying defence and subsea engineering experience to support mission-critical infrastructure, including data centres, with a focus on cooling and fluid systems, RCM, RAM, RACI, maintenance optimisation, obsolescence management, configuration control and through-life integrity.
